Private Lessons are done a little bit differently around here... 

When you book a private lesson, our goal is to get you results as quickly and safely as possible. We understand you're paying for direct, focused, one-on-one coaching so you can learn the new skill - not all the extra time wasting body weight and conditioning stations they place you on at "the big gym." We encourage all of our private lessons to show up 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete your warm up. Our warm-up is the same across the board and intensity increases depending on the level. Whether you're here for back tucks, back handsprings, or handstands the warm up is the same so you don't have to have an instructor present to lead. Then after we've finished the lesson, you'll be given a specific homework to accomplish at home when your bored.

No crazy distractions allowed! Just positive encouraging music, forward progression, a Can-Do attitude and an experienced coach to guide and motivate you to achieve. If for any reason you cannot make your time, you are still responsible for the cost of that time. We have a STRICT 24-hour policy that we must stick to. Private lesson membership and access is non-refundable and non-transferable.
